We recently purchased a BMW from Andreas Prestige, and the experience from start to finish has been excellent. From the very first visit, Adam and his father, Amer, were both incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. After our initial viewing and decision to go ahead with the purchase, we returned for a second visit and noticed a few minor faults with the car. Adam agreed to take care of all the necessary repairs at no extra cost. What truly stood out, though, was their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. On the day of our second visit, there was a tube strike in London, and Amer kindly offered to pick us up from a tube station almost 40 minutes away. That level of service and consideration is truly appreciated. Both Adam and Amer have been a pleasure to deal with, always friendly and responsive. We're very happy with our purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andreas Prestige to anyone looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers.
