I brought an autobiography range rover, a super clean car with low miles from Andreas prestige a few weeks ago. I looked for months getting messed around by other sellers from dodgy companies to clocked cars. I am very happy with everything Adam and his dad Amer did for me at every single stage from start to finish when buying this car. They have been there walking me through it all because I live so far from London. I even had an interdependent specialist to look over the car beforehand and that came back that everything was in full working order, just as Adam had already said it would be. There was no stalling or delaying on there behalf, they even picked me up at the train station - nothing was to much trouble and at no point was there any pressure put on me. The car is amazing and I did get a great deal. I highly recommend Andreas prestige to anyone who wants high quality cars and service with a touch of class. They also fitted trackers and immobilisers to the car, their after care has been 100% too and I will defiantly be back to this garage because they are very trustworthy and they do keep to their word - a very rare thing these days but one I know that sets this garage above the rest. If I was to sum up this company I would have to say - If Carlsberg did car sales, this would be it!

We recently purchased a BMW from Andreas Prestige, and the experience from start to finish has been excellent. From the very first visit, Adam and his father, Amer, were both incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.
After our initial viewing and decision to go ahead with the purchase, we returned for a second visit and noticed a few minor faults with the car. Adam agreed to take care of all the necessary repairs at no extra cost.
What truly stood out, though, was their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. On the day of our second visit, there was a tube strike in London, and Amer kindly offered to pick us up from a tube station almost 40 minutes away. That level of service and consideration is truly appreciated.
Both Adam and Amer have been a pleasure to deal with, always friendly and responsive. We're very happy with our purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andreas Prestige to anyone looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers.

I recently purchased a 992 Targa from Andreas Prestige Cars, and I can honestly say it was one of the smoothest, most enjoyable car-buying experiences I've ever had. From the outset, communication was excellent—clear, prompt, and always professional.
The part exchange was agreed upon quickly and, crucially, honoured exactly as discussed—no last-minute surprises, just straight-talking and integrity throughout. Adam was a pleasure to deal with: he did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would, and the car itself was absolutely superb—presented immaculately and exactly as described.
It's rare to find a dealership where customer service feels this personal and genuine. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andreas Prestige Cars to anyone looking for a premium vehicle, and I fully expect to be back in touch with Adam when it's time for the next one.

Got my current vehicle (2015 Skoda Octavia 1.6 TDI) from Andreas Prestige just under a year ago. Throughout the process of the purchase Andreas/Adam was a top man. On first viewing & day of pickup he collected myself and friends from the train station. Sorted fresh MOT before I took vehicle away.
Does have to be said that very soon after taking the car I had a check engine light come up (DPF clog), then some weeks after the injectors/rocker cover began leaking BUT both of these issues were out of the dealer's control AND were resolved by the dealer themselves outside of the provided warranty (DPF recondition and Rocker Cover + Seal replacement). Andreas/Adam was difficult to get hold of at one stage which did worry me, however, there was an explanation for this and the issue was quickly addressed as soon as he got back to me. Once again, on the days I brought the vehicle back to the area of the dealership for the repairs to be done Andreas provided/offered pick up and drop off from train stations as well as assured me that, should repairs take longer than a day, he would allow me the use of one of his own personal vehicles then drop the Skoda to my home address (around 1.5hrs drive from dealership, outside of London) and drive back in the car he would have lent me.
Since the repairs were carried out I've continued to drive the vehicle for around 10 months near daily (+10000 miles approx) and had zero issues (aside from egr valve getting stuck in cold weather one time, very common for this vehicle and very easily sorted by taking the car for a quick blast). Car drives very well, all electrics, air con etc etc working fine.
Overall I can say I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received before, during & following purchase. Customer aftercare was spot on.
I'm aware that the used car market can be a bit of a gamble and issues can develop down the line that are out of the control of the original dealer, but I feel I was sold a solid vehicle at a reasonable price with brilliant customer service throughout the process.
Obviously I recommend this dealer highly. High auto trader rating, high google rating and on the approved dealers list of my lender, Carmoola. Rightly so. Five star rating is definitely accurate and Andreas Prestige is a safe bet.

Unfortunately, 6 weeks after I bought the car, I started experiencing some significant issues. Customer service is standard when things go well, but it's when problems arise that it really gets put to the test. Moving away from 20 years of Land Rover ownership I decided to buy a Porsche Cayenne and found a GTS model at Andreas Prestige. Meeting Adam was a great experience and he explained the car and its features in great detail, you can tell he is a car nut and a total Porsche guy. The car was in great condition with very low mileage and following a test drive I decided to buy it. Negotiating the deal with Adam was straightforward and he included everything that was needed to agree the sale with me including a comprehensive warranty.
On collection day Adam picked me up from the station (who does that!!) and he had the car fully prepared and cleaned - it looked so good and I could not wait to drive it home. When we wanted to see the car, even if it was after his working hours, he was kindly waited for us on Saturday! The car was exactly same how it has been described online. There was a few little additional requests from my side and Adam organized everything without any charge. Also, I believe I won't need it but I have 3 months warranty which is a super useful just in case. When I decide to change my car in the future, definitely only place to come back! Thank you so much again for being this helpful and trustworthy!
